Petran: Mixing with Petran

A guide into creative mixing techniques.

In this first workshop we briefly going to exlpore principles and technics on how to produce a decent mixdown of an electronic music work ready for mastering. We are going to demonstrate ways on how to wiggle around sounds into a mix through frequency, amplitude amd m/s tools. We will look into equalisation, panning, volume manipulation as well as mid side methods.

All the techniques will be able to be replicated in every daw and system due to the fact that we are going to focus on the philosophy of mixing rather than the specific tools each one of us is using.
